Job Summary
To drive pricing analysis and profitability monitoring, the experienced Actuarial Senior Consultant will conduct complex actuarial analyses and build predictive models in a fully remote contract position available to candidates in the CST or EST time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct complex technical actuarial analyses and deliver recommendations regarding pricing strategies
- Proactively monitor claim trends and profitability across management liability and financial lines coverages
- Build, modify, and optimize analytical tools and risk models using R or Python
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Associate (ACAS) or Fellow (FCAS) designation from the Casualty Actuarial Society
- 7+ years of experience in actuarial modeling, pricing, and risk analysis within the insurance industry
- Hands-on programming experience using R or Python for actuarial modeling or data analysis
- Must reside and work in the CST or EST time zone
