Actuarial Services Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Actuarial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial data to address business questions regarding financial projections
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of actuaries to ensure accurate and insightful analysis
• Develop monthly financial forecasts and yearly budgets for Provider Organization partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Relevant actuarial certification (e.g., ASA, FSA) and membership in good standing with the American Academy of Actuaries
• 8+ years of experience in actuarial roles with increasing responsibilities
• 2+ years of experience managing a team
• Relevant experience with MSSP and ACO REACH programs
