Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuary to conduct analysis and manage financial risk related to insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and perform claims and demographic analyses
• Build predictive models and recommend low-risk investments for optimal profit
• Monitor market trends and develop policies to avoid high-risk investments

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of actuarial experience
• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL; intermediate proficiency with Python and R
• Ability to manage large data streams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
