Actuary
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Actuary within the Americas Team, the successful candidate will manage pricing support, segmentation models, and portfolio management while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize insurance product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize actuarial pricing methodology to produce recommendations for pricing, risk management, and product development
- Support insurance partnerships with reviews of rate development and loss ratio monitoring
- Collaborate with Data, Platform, and Data Science Teams to design and develop unique insurance products
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
- Associate or Fellow Qualified actuary
- 5+ years of actuarial experience in the property & casualty/non-life insurance industry
- Strong SQL and Excel skills; programming skills in R and/or Python are desirable
- Proven ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders
