Actuary Analyst II
Job Summary
Supporting the development of pricing strategies and financial forecasts, the full-time Actuary Analyst II will analyze product profitability, assist with predictive modeling, and collaborate with various teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Model and analyze product profitability and associated risks to drive business decisions
- Support the preparation of necessary documentation for state filings and assist with responses to regulatory inquiries
- Perform ad hoc analyses and assist with quarterly reserve analysis and monthly reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
- One year of industry experience
- Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, R, SQL, or Emblem
- Completion of two or more examinations with the Casualty Actuarial Society
- Ability to pursue ACAS/FCAS designation from the Casualty Actuarial Society
