Actuary Analyst II
Job Summary
Supporting the development of pricing strategies and financial forecasts, the full-time remote Actuary Analyst II will analyze product profitability, assist with predictive modeling, and collaborate with the Product Department to facilitate state filings.
Key responsibilities
- Model and analyze product profitability and associated risks to drive business decisions
- Assist in producing quarterly rate level indications and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Perform ad hoc analyses and support claims analyses to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
- One year of industry experience
- Completion of 2 or more examinations with the Casualty Actuarial Society
- Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, R, SQL, or Emblem
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, or equivalent software
