Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acumatica Support Specialist to provide technical support for a cloud-based ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to end-user queries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and effective support
  • Investigate and diagnose technical issues within the ERP platform, identifying root causes and offering sustainable solutions
  • Deliver product walkthroughs and informal training to users, improving adoption and usage efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience supporting enterprise software, ideally within ERP or SaaS ecosystems
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously
  • A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
