Acumatica Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical support and system enhancements, the full-time Acumatica Technical Consultant will troubleshoot complex issues, develop reporting solutions, and create custom automations while collaborating with clients and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex Acumatica technical issues
• Design and troubleshoot Generic Inquiries (GIs), reports, and dashboards
• Gather client requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP consulting or support experience, preferably with Acumatica
• Proven experience creating and troubleshooting Generic Inquiries (GIs), reports, and dashboards
• Strong understanding of SQL, databases, and data analysis
• Experience delivering technical solutions and customisations within an ERP environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
