Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the performance of Acute Care Operations Assistants and Advanced ACOA II team members
• Oversee workflow reliability, including dispatch, scheduling, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare operations or related field
• 1 year of experience in a senior acute care operations role or equivalent leadership experience
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Suite
• Experience training or mentoring staff
• Preferred experience in pediatric or acute care environments
