Job Summary

Owning the performance creative strategy, the full-time remote Ad Creative Strategist will develop and manage ad concepts, analyze performance data, and ensure alignment with brand objectives across paid media channels, focusing primarily on Meta and TikTok.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and lead performance creative strategy across key marketing platforms
  • Build and manage a structured performance creative process, ensuring collaboration across teams
  • Analyze ad performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and generate actionable insights
Required qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or related roles
  • Experience developing paid ad creative for DTC, eCommerce, or wellness brands
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and other paid social creative formats
  • Ability to write clear creative briefs and ad hooks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into creative direction
