Job Summary
To elevate ad revenue across mass-market consumer applications, the full-time remote Ad Monetization Specialist will manage ad mediation, optimize revenue strategies, and ensure compliance with advertising policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize waterfalls on mediation platforms and manage dynamic floor prices to maximize eCPM
- Monitor key KPIs, run cohort analyses, and identify data-driven improvement opportunities using BI tools
- Define ad format strategy, ensure user experience balance, and manage relationships with ad networks
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in mobile app advertising monetization, with demonstrable gaming experience
- Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; MBA or programmatic advertising training is a plus
- Proficiency in at least one mediation platform such as AppLovin MAX or AdMob
- Advanced data analysis skills, with familiarity in SQL, BigQuery, or Looker
- Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and auction models
