Job Summary
Managing and optimizing paid advertising accounts for PT and chiropractic practice clients, the full-time Ad Operations Specialist will work remotely to enhance campaign performance through proactive adjustments, ad creative development, and effective communication with the Customer Success team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of client Facebook and Google ad accounts, making adjustments to improve results and lower cost per lead (CPL)
- Develop and refresh ad creatives, conducting A/B tests and monitoring performance to ensure optimal engagement
- Communicate account status and performance updates to the Customer Success team, addressing any technical issues promptly
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and/or Google Ads accounts for clients
- Proven track record of improving KPIs across paid social and search campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in writing ad copy and producing creative assets
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple accounts effectively
