Job Summary
To support a dynamic Ad Ops team, the full-time remote Ad Operations Specialist will traffic, schedule, and maintain digital ad campaigns while ensuring performance optimization, troubleshooting, and budget management.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure timely trafficking and execution of campaigns, including performance optimization and budget management
- Implement tracking solutions such as Google Tag Manager and troubleshoot creative submissions for compliance with specifications
- Monitor campaign delivery and manage production timelines to ensure accurate and timely launch of advertising programs
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with digital media ad servers such as Google Ads and the Trade Desk, with 2+ years in ad operations or campaign management
- Familiarity with various online creative formats, including HTML5 and JavaScript
- Experience in data entry and performing tasks requiring accuracy and technical skill
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to learn and apply technical skills quickly
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
