Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time Ad Sales and Sponsorship Director will manage print and digital advertising sales, develop sponsorship packages, and oversee vendor relationships in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts for print and digital advertising across various platforms, identifying and closing new revenue streams
- Build integrated sponsorship packages and develop long-term sponsor relationships to support recurring revenue
- Oversee external vendors to ensure their work aligns with sales and sponsorship goals while managing timelines and budgets
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in selling print and digital advertising or sponsorships, preferably within publishing or media
- Proven track record of closing advertising and sponsorship revenue and meeting sales targets
- Existing book of business and established industry relationships are strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and media industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
