Job Summary

Managing a complex caseload of accommodation requests, the full-time Workplace Accommodation Specialist will lead the interactive process under ADA guidelines, ensuring timely and compliant administration of workplace accommodations while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage accommodation requests from intake through closure, assessing job functions and determining effective accommodations
  • Facilitate continuous dialogue with employees and leaders, ensuring decisions align with legal standards and organizational risk
  • Ensure compliance with ADA/ADAAA and related regulations, maintaining confidential documentation and providing expert guidance to HR partners
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Social Services, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years managing ADA/accommodation or related HR casework
  • Working knowledge of ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, and EEOC guidance, as well as relevant state laws
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive, confidential matters
  • Experience using leave/accommodation case management platforms preferred
