Job Summary

Providing subject-matter expertise in workplace accommodations, the full-time remote ADA & Accommodations Specialist will manage complex accommodation requests, ensure compliance with ADA regulations, and support employees and clients in the interactive process.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate workplace accommodations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Serve as the primary resource for employees and managers regarding the ADA/ADAAA and related accommodation requirements
  • Develop and harmonize policies and procedures for accommodation practices across multiple jurisdictions
Required qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ADA/ADAAA accommodation administration, leave management, or disability case management
  • Strong knowledge of ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, FMLA, and related employment laws
  • Proficiency with HRIS, case management, or CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
