ADA Compliance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate II - Regulatory (ADA Support).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for ADA Group InForce Operations and co-insured business
• Review and research applicable laws and regulations for ADA matters
• Conduct SOC audits and support market conduct exams and regulatory reviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• J.D. preferred, Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience acceptable
• 3-5 years legal research or 7-10 years life/annuity experience
• Experience with periodic operational testing and reporting
• Experience implementing procedural enhancements
• Knowledge of life/disability claim investigation and review processes
