Job Summary
Working fully remote, the ADA Customer Service Agent will assist customers with disabilities by providing accessibility accommodations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with ADA guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to accessibility and disability accommodations
- Coordinate services such as interpreters, captioning, and alternative document formats
- Document ADA accommodation requests and escalate complex issues to compliance teams
Required qualifications
- Experience working with people with disabilities or in accessibility services
- Basic knowledge of ADA principles or willingness to learn
- Bilingual communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Conflict resolution or de-escalation training
