Key Responsibilities:

Conducts quality reviews of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims
Identifies trends, root causes, and quality gaps from data analysis, providing feedback to associates and management
Coaches and mentors ADA Specialists to improve claim handling

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing ADA claims
Experience managing ADA claims for a variety of customers
Prior training or management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
