Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADABAS Database Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain 60+ ADABAS databases in a large-scale mainframe environment
Monitor, tune, and optimize performance of ADABAS and related systems
Perform database backup, restore, and recovery procedures, and conduct routine maintenance

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with Software AG ADABAS database administration
Proficiency in Natural programming language and Natural Security
Strong knowledge of IBM z/OS, TPX, TSO, and batch JCL
Experience with ADABAS Security, Entire NetWork, and SQL Gateway
Familiarity with CA Broadcom mainframe tools and CICS client software
