Adaptive Packaging Production Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adaptive Packaging Production Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with format adaptation, including dual language adaptation and setting up DI files for mock-ups
• Ensure packaging meets regulatory, claims, and multilingual requirements while maintaining design integrity
• Deliver launch-ready packaging and produce press-ready artwork with SKU localization and regulatory alignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-7 years of proven skin care adaptive package production experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers
