Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technician Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor Teams Channels and/or ticketing queue for incoming assistance requests
Diagnose and provide technical solutions to technicians related to calibrations, programming, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
Assist Automotive Field Technicians with Service Information documents and manage technician tooling

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
5+ years of automotive background servicing and diagnosing automotive systems
2+ years working as an ADAS Calibration Technician with advanced knowledge in ADAS and electrical services
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to ADAS technologies
Knowledgeable in OEM software and willingness to learn about industry advancements
