ADCS Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attitude Determination & Control Systems (ADCS) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a satellite operations team to ensure optimal performance and stability of LEO satellite fleets
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize satellite orientation and pointing accuracy using attitude control systems
• Conduct trend analysis and performance forecasting for satellite sensors and actuators

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience with attitude and orbit control systems in operational satellite environments
• Deep understanding of satellite control theory, including PID controllers
• Experience programming in Python or MATLAB for data analysis and tool development
• Demonstrated success in structured operational environments with clear documentation adherence
