Addiction Recovery Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Addiction Recovery Coach to serve as a Contingency Management Guide to its members.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide individuals in using the recovery app and contingency management
• Support members in identifying personal wellness goals and paths for change
• Provide ongoing support via text, calls, and video chats to promote recovery

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Recovery Peer Support certification or similar, and/or a license in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling
• Previous experience as a Recovery Coach or in a comparable position
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and at least 2 years of sustained recovery if in recovery
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and multiple pathways to recovery
