Job Summary
To drive growth in the New England region, the full-time remote Additive Sales Engineer will engage education-focused accounts, nurture early-stage adopters, and conduct consultative discoveries to identify suitable additive solutions while collaborating with the regional account manager.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify high-fit accounts to expand market presence
- Champion and close entry-level and educational opportunities in additive technologies
- Collaborate with applications teams and OEM partners to facilitate complex opportunity handoffs
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of outside sales experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Experience in selling capital equipment, manufacturing technology, or technical services
- Strong understanding of engineering and additive/3D printing technologies
- Familiarity with production environments and technical buying committees
- Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, energy, or advanced manufacturing is a plus
