ADHD Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting students with ADHD and executive function challenges, the fully remote ADHD Specialist will provide one-on-one coaching, facilitate small-group sessions, and collaborate with academic and athletic staff to enhance student learning and athletic performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive function coaching to help students with time management, task initiation, and planning
• Conduct regular video meetings with students to address academic challenges and build effective routines
• Facilitate small-group sessions focused on study skills and organization for students facing similar challenges

Required qualifications

• Direct experience working with students who have ADHD or executive function challenges
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective routines and systems for students
• Strong listening and communication skills to engage with students and inform parents
• Comfortable in an athletic environment and able to connect with competitive youth athletes
• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education, or a related field
