Job Summary
Supporting students with ADHD and executive function challenges, the fully remote ADHD Specialist will provide one-on-one coaching, facilitate small-group sessions, and collaborate with academic and athletic staff to enhance student learning and athletic performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive function coaching to help students with time management, task initiation, and planning
- Conduct regular video meetings with students to address academic challenges and build effective routines
- Facilitate small-group sessions focused on study skills and organization for students facing similar challenges
Required qualifications
- Direct experience working with students who have ADHD or executive function challenges
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective routines and systems for students
- Strong listening and communication skills to engage with students and inform parents
- Comfortable in an athletic environment and able to connect with competitive youth athletes
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education, or a related field
