Adjunct English Faculty

Job Summary

A company is looking for an English Adjunct Faculty member with a Master's Degree to engage and teach students remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and assess student work, providing detailed feedback and fostering a positive learning environment
• Engage with students regularly through communication channels, grading assignments timely, and participating in course discussions
• Administer routine duties, collaborate with faculty leads, enforce academic policies, and participate in student retention efforts and faculty development activities

Required Qualifications and Education:

• A terminal degree from a regionally accredited institution in a relevant discipline is required to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels
• Experience teaching in a higher education setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of current trends in the discipline
• Preferred experience includes teaching non-traditional students, using online learning management systems, and applying rubrics for feedback and grading
