Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member for the FPSY 572 Foundations of Trauma Treatment course.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate the FPSY 572 course focusing on trauma assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Address the personal and social effects of trauma, considering various biopsychosocial factors
• Guide students in understanding assessment and intervention skills for diverse populations affected by trauma

Required Qualifications

• Clinical, law enforcement, or community corrections professional work experience
• Knowledge of forensic criminal court proceedings and court-ordered assessments
• Experience with diverse populations in corrections or mandated treatment settings
• Relevant advanced degrees (LMFT, LFCC, Ph.D., Ed.D, Psy.D.)
• Must be a California resident; prior teaching experience preferred
