Adjunct Faculty - Capstone Course

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty - Completion Capstone.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach an asynchronous online course using an existing syllabus and course shell on Canvas LMS
• Provide weekly office hours and be available to students by appointment
• Complete required faculty and staff trainings and maintain a positive team environment

Required Qualifications

• MA in Interdisciplinary Studies or a Humanities or Social Science discipline with an interdisciplinary component
• Experience teaching academic writing skills
• Experience with Canvas or other LMS platforms and online teaching experience
• Willingness to co-create an inclusive community and participate in professional development
• Basic understanding of contemplative educational approaches
