Adjunct Faculty - Elementary Korean
Job Summary
To teach foundational Korean language and culture remotely, the part-time Adjunct Faculty - Elementary Korean will engage students in speaking, listening, reading, writing, and typing skills while utilizing high-frequency vocabulary and key expressions in an interactive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Actively engage students through frequent interaction and motivate them to succeed
- Guide students in collaborative learning and apply concepts in problem- and project-based demonstrations
- Provide regular constructive feedback on student work and suggest curricular improvements
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Korean, Korean language pedagogy, Korean linguistics, or a related field
- Three years of experience teaching the Korean language
- Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred
