Job Summary
To support students in their journey to become Insurance Virtual Assistants, the part-time online Adjunct Faculty for INS101 will mentor learners and facilitate teaching in a flexible schedule, focusing on insurance principles and professional skills necessary for the role.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate online instruction and mentoring for students enrolled in the INS101 course
- Develop and implement scenario-based learning activities to enhance students' understanding of insurance concepts
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure mastery of core Virtual Assistant tasks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Five years of professional experience in the insurance industry
- Previous online and/or classroom teaching experience is helpful, but not required
- Ability to meet the employment conditions related to the Church's standards
- Personal iOS or Android device with a corresponding phone number for communication via WhatsApp may be required
