Adjunct Faculty - Human Nutrition

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty - Principles of Human Nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level instruction in Principles of Human Nutrition (NTRN 1010)
• Guide students through course outcomes related to nutrient processes, dietary evaluation, and health promotion
• Maintain communication with students and program leadership while engaging in best practices for online teaching

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field required; Ph.D. or RDN credential preferred
• Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level strongly preferred
• Experience teaching in online environments desirable
• A passion for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students in nutrition and health fields
• Familiarity with Brightspace/D2L Learning Management System preferred
