Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member specializing in Change Leadership and Sustainability for a graduate program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge in leadership, change management, and sustainability practices
• Guide students through their educational experience and uphold commitments to student success
• Facilitate class instruction and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, Environmental Studies/Policy, or a related field; PhD preferred
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience in the subject area
• Experience teaching online with expertise in curriculum development and assessment
• Desire to motivate and encourage students in academic and professional settings
• Experience using the Brightspace/D2L learning management system preferred
