Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member for the Doctor of Management in Community College Policy and Administration program.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage students through frequent interactions and motivate them to succeed
• Guide students in collaborative and applied learning experiences
• Provide constructive feedback and assess student work using rubrics

Required Qualifications

• Terminal degree in Community College Policy and Administration, Higher Education, or related field
• At least three years of professional experience in Community College Policy and Administration or a related field
• Deep knowledge of current issues in community colleges
• Ability to advise and mentor doctoral students through the dissertation process
• Participation in on-site residency once per semester in Largo, MD
