Job Summary
To inspire and guide students in a remote environment, the part-time Adjunct Faculty in Crime Prevention will facilitate online discussions, manage grading, and respond to student inquiries while fostering positive relationships between law enforcement and the public.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
- Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
- Respond to students' questions and emails within established timeframes
Required qualifications
- Preferred: PhD in Justice Studies or Criminal Justice
- Coursework in public relations and work experience in crime prevention
- Minimum: Doctorate in any field with a Master's in Criminal Justice or Justice Studies, including coursework in public relations and work experience in crime prevention
