Adjunct Faculty in Environmental Management

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced educator, the part-time Adjunct Faculty in Environmental Management will teach online courses for the Master of Science in Environmental Management and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health & Safety programs, engaging students through interactive learning and providing constructive feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Engage students through frequent interaction and foster a collaborative learning environment
• Guide students in problem- and project-based learning demonstrations
• Provide regular constructive feedback and assess student work using rubrics

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in environmental management, environmental science, health and safety, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Professional experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, and Environmental Safety
• Experience teaching adult learners online in higher education is strongly preferred
• Evidence of continual professional development in Environmental Management fields
• Experience in topics such as fire prevention, safety management, ergonomics, or environmental economics is preferred
