Job Summary

To provide quality instruction in Practical Resistance and Conditioning Training, the part-time Adjunct Faculty in Exercise Science will deliver course content online, assess student assignments, and connect theoretical knowledge to practical applications in the fitness industry.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver course content effectively in an online format using strong facilitation skills
• Assess and grade assignments while providing timely feedback and support to students
• Engage with students through discussions, emails, and online sessions to foster a positive learning environment

Required qualifications

• Earned Master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in a relevant field from a regionally accredited institution
• Ph.D. in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related graduate degree preferred
• Commitment to collaborative and collegiate relationships
• Knowledge of higher education regulations and compliance
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
