A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty in Human Resource Management for the GuidedPath format.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction utilizing professional expertise from a pre-designed curriculum
• Be available within 48 hours to provide timely feedback to learners
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in activities based on university needs

Required Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Human Resource Management or a business-related field required
• Three years of teaching experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in the discipline for undergraduate level; three years for graduate level
• SHRM certification preferred
• All degrees must be conferred from a regionally accredited institution
