Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Fundraising and Integrated Marketing Communication in Nonprofits.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage students through frequent interaction and motivate them to succeed
• Guide students in collaborative and application-based learning experiences
• Provide constructive feedback and assess student work using rubrics

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Management, Non-Profit Management, or related field
• Experience teaching adult learners online in higher education
• Experience in teaching Public Management and/or Non-Profit Management
• Commitment to completing online faculty orientation upon hire
• Preferred terminal degree in relevant field
