Job Summary

Passionate about student success, the remote Adjunct Faculty in Teaching will manage instructional responsibilities, foster a productive learning environment, and support professional development while collaborating with students and faculty in a virtual setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates engaging and effective learning experiences by interacting directly with students and providing timely feedback on assignments
• Supports departmental and institutional policies while promoting the college's mission and vision within the academic community
• Engages in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness and maintain knowledge of industry trends

Required qualifications

• Earned terminal degree in a relevant field such as ESL/BL, Early Childhood Education, or Curriculum & Instruction
• Minimum of 3 peer-reviewed professional publications and presentations in the field of Teaching & Learning
• At least 1 year of experience teaching in higher education, utilizing both traditional and online formats
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain online professional relationships
• Evidence of professional research or creative work relevant to the teaching discipline
