Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member in Women's Studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage students through frequent interaction to motivate and enhance their learning experience
• Guide students in collaborative and applied learning through problem- and project-based demonstrations
• Provide constructive feedback on student work and suggest curricular improvements to the program chair

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution
• Professional experience in Sociology or a related field
• Experience teaching adult learners online in higher education is strongly preferred
• Ability to teach remotely
• Completion of a two-week online new faculty orientation is required upon hire
