Adjunct Faculty - Information Technology

Job Summary

To support online students in their pursuit of bachelor's and master's degrees, the part-time Adjunct Faculty - Information Technology will provide high-quality instruction, facilitate virtual meetings, and manage course assignments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and constructive feedback on student work while facilitating online classroom discussions
• Grade assignments and enter final course grades in consultation with lead faculty and program directors
• Be available for virtual office hours and respond promptly to student inquiries regarding course material

Required qualifications

• A master's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Preferred certifications or experience in cybersecurity or application development
• Previous online teaching experience in higher education is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in computer software and internet-based applications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
