Job Summary

Dedicated to fostering student success, the part-time Adjunct Faculty in Leadership Studies will engage with students in a remote environment, facilitating learning, providing timely feedback, and maintaining course quality while supporting departmental and community initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate a safe and productive learning environment while interacting professionally with students
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback on assignments in accordance with college policies
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness and maintain curriculum knowledge

Required qualifications

• Earned terminal degree in a relevant field associated with the department
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in educational settings
• At least 3 peer-reviewed professional publications and presentations
• 1+ years of teaching experience in higher education, utilizing both traditional and non-traditional formats
• Demonstrated ability to develop online professional relationships and engage in professional research
