Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty - Principles of Human Nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level instruction in Principles of Human Nutrition (NTRN 1010)
Guide students through key course outcomes related to nutrient handling, dietary analysis, and health promotion
Maintain strong communication with students and program leadership, including hosting virtual office hours

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field required; Ph.D. or RDN credential preferred
Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level strongly preferred
Experience teaching in online environments desirable
A passion for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students in nutrition and health fields
Familiarity with Brightspace/D2L Learning Management System preferred
