Key Responsibilities

• Deliver graduate-level instruction in Organizational Behavior and Leadership while maintaining academic rigor
• Mentor students by connecting course content to contemporary business practices
• Maintain an active course presence and engage students in discussions that promote critical thinking

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required; terminal degree preferred
• Demonstrated professional expertise in Organizational Behavior and Leadership
• Experience teaching or facilitating learning with adult learners, preferably in online settings
• Familiarity with andragogical principles and adult learning practices
• Proficiency with or willingness to learn the Brightspace/D2L Learning Management System
