Adjunct Faculty - Organizational Communication

Job Summary

To support the online learning environment, the part-time Adjunct Faculty - Organizational Communication in Organizational Change will provide high-quality instruction, facilitate student engagement, and participate in curriculum development remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online instruction and support to students, providing timely feedback and facilitating discussions
• Participate in program planning and curriculum implementation, offering feedback for course improvement
• Conduct periodic synchronous sessions and maintain communication with students regarding academic matters

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication from an accredited institution
• Minimum of three years of online teaching experience in higher education preferred
• Professional or research experience in Organizational Change or Change Management
• Proficiency in APA style and computer literacy in software and internet-based applications
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
