Job Summary
To support the online learning environment, the part-time Adjunct Faculty - Organizational Communication in Organizational Change will provide high-quality instruction, facilitate student engagement, and participate in curriculum development remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online instruction and support to students, providing timely feedback and facilitating discussions
- Participate in program planning and curriculum implementation, offering feedback for course improvement
- Conduct periodic synchronous sessions and maintain communication with students regarding academic matters
Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three years of online teaching experience in higher education preferred
- Professional or research experience in Organizational Change or Change Management
- Proficiency in APA style and computer literacy in software and internet-based applications
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
