Job Summary
A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty (Remote) for a course in Reading and Language Arts for Elementary School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine current research-based theories and instructional practices for developing proficient readers in grades 3-6th
- Support readers with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, strengths, and challenges
- Assess and differentiate literacy instruction to meet the needs of developing readers
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- MA teaching license and strong literacy and/or Reading Specialist background preferred
- Ability to adhere to University policies and procedures
- Commitment to a culture of diversity, equity, respect, and inclusion
- General knowledge of the University's mission, purpose, and goals
