Adjunct Faculty - Sport Leadership

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty - Sport, Outdoor, and Tourism Leadership for the Master of Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver graduate-level instruction in Sport, Outdoor, and Tourism Leadership while maintaining academic rigor
• Mentor students by connecting course content to contemporary business practices using professional experience
• Maintain an active course presence, engage students in discussions, and respond to inquiries and grading in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required; terminal degree preferred
• Demonstrated professional expertise in Sport, Outdoor, and Tourism Leadership; practitioner background strongly preferred
• Experience teaching or facilitating learning with adult learners in online or professional settings; prior online teaching experience preferred
• Familiarity with andragogical principles and adult learning practices
• Proficiency with, or willingness to learn, the Brightspace/D2L Learning Management System
