Adjunct Human Services Instructor

Job Summary

Seeking passionate educators, the part-time Adjunct Human Services Instructor will facilitate engagement in online undergraduate courses related to psychology and human services, providing timely feedback and support to an average of 20 students per course over five-week terms.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate engagement in asynchronous undergraduate-level courses in psychology, human services, and related fields
• Provide timely feedback and actively participate in Discussion Board tasks to enhance student learning
• Ensure responsiveness to student inquiries and maintain a supportive online learning environment

Required qualifications

• Terminal degree/PhD or a Master's degree with relevant work experience in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of organizational behavior, ethics, change management, and evidence-based decision-making
• Proficiency in personal computer software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the college
