Adjunct Immunology Instructor

Job Summary

To support the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, the full-time Adjunct Immunology Instructor will facilitate online courses MIIM 527S and MIIM 654S, including updating syllabi, creating assessments, and engaging with students through timely communication and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update course syllabi and create weekly lecture presentations
• Facilitate student engagement by responding to inquiries and providing timely feedback on coursework
• Monitor student progress and address at-risk students through communication and support

Required qualifications

• Terminal degree in a field related to immunology or microbiology
• 5+ years of experience working in online education
• Proven ability to create and assess educational materials aligned with learning objectives
• Experience in facilitating online courses and engaging with students effectively
